One year warranty
Telecom Clinic, LLC one year warranty covers all work done to the unit. Warranty is cover from the original date of shipped. If repair is being done under warranty at a later date, warranty does not extend. It is customer’s responsibility to contact us within 24 hours if any unit arrives defective.
This warranty does not cover physical damage , accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of god, improper installation or operation, product modification or neglect, damage caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by Telecom Clinic, LLC and products on which the serial number or warranty labels has been altered, defaced or removed.
SHIPPING:
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees in the event that the item/unit in question does not falls under our warranty policy.
